I got scared half to death this morning

I have my television set as an alarm and it always starts out on ABC. Well, this morning it was changing channels all by itself. I thought my cable box was possessed or haunted or something. I have someone coming by from the cable company on Friday to look at it and right now it's just driving me nuts because it keeps doing it while I'm trying to watch TV.

My TV changes channels or the volume when I'm nowhere close to the remote. I figure we must have a ghost who likes TV.

This reminds me of a cruel trick I used to play on my mom when I was a teenager. I would borrow the cable tv remote from my girlfriend next door, then I would stand outside the window and change the channels on her. She thought she was losing her mind. She finally caught me after about the 10th time I did it to her. She got frustrated and turned the tv off and that's when she heard us laughing uncontrollably in the bushes outside.

When I lived in an apartment this happened to me. It turned out t be my neighbors remote turning my channel!
