I got put to work at petsmart!

I had just locked my car and was heading in. At the same time a "lady" and her small son had just finished loading their purchases into their car. the son was pushing the cart to the cat rack.

Then I hear, "SIR!" so not to be rude I turned.

the mom said to me, "take that in!" pointing to the cart.

you know when something happens and five minutes later you think of the perfect reply...? Well I could kind of tell before it happened that it was going to happen.

But for some reason I did not feel like being my normal smart***. I just said, "I don't need a cart. But I will take it in."

and at least the youngin' said "thanks".

LOL...when people bark orders, I always add, "Please and Thank you..." I guess I missed the bossy gene, because I could never order someone around like that. (Well, maybe DH...)
