I got one!!! But...ummm...what do I do with it????

My DD and her DH got me a digital camera for Christmas!!!!! (They also got me a big, comfy office chair so I can DIS (and ebay) in comfort - LOL..)

I'm awful with these complicated doo-dads though.. It's a Kodak Easy Share CX6230..

I'm afraid to even take it out of the box!

Start taking those pics...girl!!! It's not so bad. Dh and I got one for Christmas (alittle early). If I can get the hang of it...anyone can!!!

I am techno-challenged and LOVE my camera!!
Got it for Christmas 2 years ago.....still don't experiement much, but really enjoy the ability to just snap and snap and not worry about them coming out right.

Just take your time....read the booklet and go for it.....not like you have to spend a fortune to see "bad" photos

They're wonderfully simple once you get the hang of it. Point and click as many times as you want then delete those that don't turn out. I've gotten some of the best pictures of my kids because I've taken tons. About 1 out of 10 is a real gem that I would not have gotten if they had posed.

When you're done snapping sit in your big comfy chair and download the pictures. Get some good editing software and have a great time! Some of the best pictures are those that I've cropped.

The kid doesn't know when to stop.. I called over there this morning to ask if Santa came and she said, "He sure did!! And he brought me lots of presents 'cause I'm so good! Mommy & Daddy each got 3 - 'cause they yell at me.. They gotta work on that................."
