I got my Visa

I went to the embassy today and got my 10 year Visa!! so after we have already had to cancel one holiday, we can now book our new one. Finally something to look foraward to!!

Just have a couple of questions for you. Does that entitle you into the US for 10yrs now also are you able to work on that visa?? Sorry I dont really know much about them and just wondered..

I should think it is just a visitor visa for someone who is ineligible for the Visa Waiver.

Anyone who has EVER been arrested (even if not charged) is meant to get a visa before travel.
However in the real world most people simply don't declare it on their visa waiver forms - the chances of being "found out" are akin to a large lottery win, i.e. miniscule.

I was arrested as a case of mistaken identity. That is very true Amber but I have such bad luck that i Don't want to risk it hehe.
And yes Goldie we will def attempt to work our way through one hehe
