I got my violin!

I actually bought one this morning! I was in "just looking mode" but it happened, can't explain it, it just happened, must have been meant to be. I am SO thrilled! The violin is such a great instrument.

Thanks Kate! Another question here, how often should I be putting rosin on the bow and how much? It's soooo much fun and I don't even know how to play yet

It's almost impossible to put too much rosin on a bow. Basically, rosin up every time you play. At the very least it will help prevent "screeching". Also, the rosin coming off the bow and showing on the upper part of the finger board is a good indicator if your bow position is good. (It can be easily clean off the finger board). (note: the less rosin that shows on the fingerboard the better....it means your bow is properly over the "f" holes).
