I got my ticket today!

What a great day!

I just got my ticket in the mail, and 5 weeks from right now I'll be in SoCal for my Disneyland trip!

woo! we just ordered our city passes today from costco. we leave in 32 days. we're still finalizing our hotels for our trip, but the hotels for disneyland and san diego are booked.

I'll be dancing with you soon...the Fed Ex truck should be pulling up at our house tomorrow with our tickets!

We arrive on June 3rd and I've not even started to think about packing... Of course, DS's 8th grade graduation and party are a bit more important...

We've complicated things a bit for our trip. My DD turns 1 on 6/21, we're having her 1st birthday party on the 24th, and we leave on the 25th...I'm a glutton for punishment. I can already see my wife trying to clean the house minutes before we leave...

Darren...thanks! Everyone keeps telling me that after several trips to WDW I will be sadly disappointed with DL. I guess they just aren't as big a Disney fan as I had previously thought. I just checked the Fed Ex tracker...my tickets are on the truck waiting to be delivered. Come on, buddy! Drive faster!

As for being a gluten for punishment, uh, yeah! Pretty much the same here...in anticipation of DS's extended family showing up for after graduation party tomorrow night, it was a frantic attempt to clean house since uh....well, quite a while. Today I'm doing the bed linens and once that Fed Ex driver...I know his name is Barney Rubble and his feet aren't working right...gets here, it's off to run some errands for the trip...parking passes for the airport, sandals for DH, etc. Then a family reunion this weekend, DS's last few days of school, a few days of work in there for me, and oh, yeah...a couples massage for DH and I to get us relaxed enough to go on vacation.
