I got a buyer for my house last night which eases alot of tension in the household.Since I already bought a home in PA I needed this sale to go through and it has!!I guess lucky things happen on your birthday. :bounce:

We got a buyer for our house last month (on the market for 3 months). We didn't live in the house (we moved out of it 8 years ago and my Mom had lived in it until recently), so we've been carrying two mortgages for a long time (we live near Tampa).

We were supposed to have closing last Friday, but the buyer's lender didn't have the paperwork together yet, so the closing is supposed to be tomorrow!

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!
