so happy, I got free dinning for next September, we are now going to the Polynesian garden view and my sister is coming as well. It will be her 18th birthday present. I did not even get charged admin fees from virgin.

Wideeyes free dining has not been advertised for next year how did you get free dining ?

I got it with virgin holidays, you can get it for august and september next year, I had already a booking with them however they let me change the dates so I could get free dinning.

Oh lucky you - i have been really cheesed off all afternoon. Can't alter my dates, have to go in October, wonder if Virgin would just alter the free dining dates for me :rotfl2:

Nice one :)

I only booked for pop century last week with teh tickets and dining plan but have managed to get the free dining and have also upgraded to AKL. Can't wait now

Thats a bit of a deal to say the least, we are going in July 07, I wonder if there is any chance?

What exactly do you get? how many people and how long?

Thanks

Steve

Do you have to purchase length of stay tickets to ge the free dining - if so its no good for us as we are AP holders! thanks for sharing. :sunny:

you have to buy the minimum ticket availble to Uk market which is the 5 day premium pass. Not sure wether you would be able to use this towards your AP renewal or not.

I already have a booking with Virgin, but they won't help me get the DDP...

I have a 'Tailor Made' Holiday with them booked as a package (I booked flights, hotels, and transfers with them, thinking it was a package). They say it's not a package holiday so I am not eligable. I haven't booked tickets with them, but I would be willing for free dining...

No.1 - I think it is a package hol
No.2 - Nowhere in the T&Cs does it state it has to be a package hol...

Subject to availability. Offer applies to departures 12th Aug 2007 – 29th Sep 2007 ONLY. (Book by 6th Nov ’06). Eligible bookings MUST include at least a 7 night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel (exclusing Swan & Dolphin) AND Disney’s Ultimate or Premium Tickets, for all people on the booking. The accommodation and theme park tickets MUST both be booked through Virgin Holidays, and must appear on the same booking reference as the Disney Dining Plan, which must be booked for all people on the booking, for every night of their stay at a Walt Disney Resort hotel. The free dine offer is only available at selected restaurants, full details can be provided on request. Children aged 3-9 must order from the children’s menu, where available. Children age 2 and under are not eligible to take advantage of this offer and must pay locally for any food/drink consumed.

You will NOT receive the free dining, if the above conditions are not complied with. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter your booking accordingly.

I don't know where to go from here... This would save me over $800

Just got free Disney Dinning too with TCD, with them you must book a disney hotel, unlimted ticket for the lenght of your holiday which we did in June maybe with the saving we will upgrade our flight to SF or upgrade our hotel

Did you book the holiday back in June?

I think the bloke I spoke to was fobbing me off... the T&C states you have to book a Disney Hotel with them like you said, and a ticket.... It says nothing about it having to be a package holiday...

Plus, I just did our exact booking now on the net and it let me add the DDP for the ASMo at no extra cost, and even gave me info on it.....

I'm going to call them again in a minute.... see what's going on...

The virgin web page also doesn't require you to book park tickets it just comes up as a room option :thumbsup2

If you don't add the tickets then you won't get the Dining plan, you have to book the tickets.
