DBF, who is now DF propsed to me at MK on June 19, the day of our 5 year dating anniversary. I am so excited that I just wanted to share it with you all. He planned the entire trip around the proposal and it was the most magical day of my life.
That morning he took me to the back of Cinderella's fountain, my favorite place at MK. Whenever we go to Disney it is mandatory that we each throw one penny in the fountain and make a wish. Well, I was completely caught off guard because we usually make our wishes at night after Wishes. So I was completely confused as to why he was taking me to the fountain in the morning, but I didn't suspect anything because he had drilled it into my head that I had to graduate college first before he would even consider proposing. Anyways, he handed me a penny and we both made a wish. As I turned around to walk away he asked me what I wished for, I told him that I couldnt tell him otherwise it wont come true. He then pulled back to the fountain and got down on one knee and popped the question. I was completely and utterly shocked and I don;t even remember what was said, all I know is that I said "Are You Kidding?" before I said Yes.
Of course, I said yes and cried tears of joy in his arms for what seemed like an eternity. The best part is that that is exactly what I wished for!!! That fountain works, I tell you!
His family was all in on the surprise and were taking pictures of the entire thing and the onlookers were all applauding. I do not even recall people being around because I was so in shock and happy, to me it was the just the two of us there. For the rest of the day I felt like I was floating.
Here are some pics of the ring, even though the pictures do not do it justice!
Sorry if this is long, but I just wanted to share it with all of you guys! The best part is that we are seriously considering a DFTW!!!
We cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. I am sure we will have a ton of questions for you Disney Brides!! Thanks for letting me share my magical moment with all of you!

congratulations!
I really hope you decide on a WDW wedding because knowing you the planning will be awesome!
Even if you can't do a wedding at WDW, you can still bring WDW to your wedding! This is what me and my DH did. We had the Mickey+Minnie caketopper, as well as a light-up castle on top of our cake, and the bridal party was even introduced by the "Year of a Million Dreams" theme song. I made our invitations, which featured Cinderella's Castle. They turned out so beautiful, no one could even believe that I had made them. Now we are having a Disneymoon in Sept!!! Have fun planning!
