I got an email code- should I let my DU agent handle it?

I'm showing my control freak trait here, but I got an email code and emailed my Dreams Unlimited agent and asked if she should call about it or if I should. She replied quickly that she'd look into it, but now I'm watching the time tick by and wonder if I'm losing out by not calling directly myself! When first deciding to book with her I told her I MIGHT have trouble giving up control to her, and now it's happening! What's anyone's experience with them- she convinced me to go with them because they get advance notice of the discounts, but this one came to me, and I'm worried I'll miss out by not calling myself right away. Should I just wait it out and trust them to get it?

My understanding is that Disney won't change your reservation if you went thru an agent. I forwarded my email to my agent at ymj and she took care of it for me. I don't think you can take care of it unless you just make a whole new reservation and then cancel the one thru DU.

Gotta get some fuel for the body so that I can keep up with you guys (besides the fact that my 2 kids were giving me the eye for some food and my 2 year old doesn't take well to waiting to eat )

i got a postcard a few weeks back, but no email. i had to change reserv. anyways . but we are going to be there 8/26 to 9/02 would that email be on res.dates or was it for sept 1 and after???????????? just wondering. thanks.

I have high maintenance kids, too, that expect to be fed at regular intervals! When will they invent kids that don't expect these things???

To anyone else who read my original 'angst'- as you can see, Suellen came through promptly and with flying colors and allayed my fears- time for me to start letting go and having more faith! (but it's so HARD to, when it's been 4 years since you went last and you're trying so hard to make a memorable trip!) I know some of you can relate! I think I can breathe now!

This has convinced me to use DU to book our July trip. I always book myself and have never used a travel agent, but I've read some great stuff about DU. I'll be contacting them shortly - not worrying about codes and discounts will be wonderful!
