Wow, my bff in NJ sent it as a get well gift instead of flowers. It is so big, pretty and smells so yummy. Have you ever gotten one of these.? I hope the fruit is not too hard as I have a problem swallowing stuff right now. It has pineapples shaped like flowers, chocolate covered strawberries etc. Yummy, Yummy!!

I got one for adminstrative professionals day last year. I loved it! So gorgeous and sooo yummy! Although I didn't want to mess it up either by eating it. Did you take pics?

Aren't they great! I had a hard time pulling out that first "flower" to eat it, because it was so pretty. But, glad I did. The pineapple is to die for!

I'm not sure which one you got (I know they come in many different varieties) but if there are any melons in it (canteloupe or honeydew) they should be pretty easy to swallow.

Hope you're feeling better soon and enjoy your yummy gift!

I've never received one but I'm smart enough to order them for people that I'll be visiting:laughing: and I love them, especially the pineapple daisies and the chocolate-covered strawberries - YUMMY!

My DH sent me the chocolate covered strawberries last year for V-day. They were delish!

Their fruit is delicious. The pineapple and cantaloupe are the best.

I ordered two bouquets from them once via online. There was some type of error that showed I ordered only one. I of course had printed and bought my order with me showing two orders. They gave me the second one free. :woohoo:

Hey Sista,

Aren't they GREAT????

I got several during the Week from **** in September. I enjoyed them so much more than flowers!!!

I have gotten a few of them in the past and I always save the components in the hopes of making my own. The problem I have with them is you really cannot leave them out and in order to store them you need to dismantle them or have a huge fridge. How did you all handle this. I am assuming you did not eat them all in one sitting and you did not leave them out of the fridge.

dismantled it, and put it in rubbermaid.

I love them! I've gotten two in the past 4 months.

The only tip is to those recipients who own pets. I have a 4 lbs yorkie who loves fruit. Her breeder always fed her fruit, except grapes of course. Whenever she would hear the tupperware holding the dismantled edible arrangement, she'd come running. :) Howver, both times I recieved one, I'd give her a piece while I was dismantling it & each time the next morning she'd get sick & throw up. Apparently, they spray it with vitamin c or something to keep it looking fresh & it must be just too tough on her little belly, so...

No sharing allowed! (with animals at least) ;)

I have one a mile from my house - they're nice gifts to bring people when you are invited over for something.

I see those on TV and wonder if they are as tasty as they look!

How nice of your bff to send to you!:goodvibes Chocolate covered strawberriers are good for you!;)

Hope you continue your good progress!:)

I'm sorry you are having trouble swallowing. I've had bouts of that in the past. I found them frightening. They gradually dissipated after I insisted on changing medicine.

This fruit medley sounds like a wonderful treat. Sounds like it cheered you up. Good! I hope you get better soon.

I've both sent and received, they are wonderful! Enjoy!

ooohh i've been wanting to hear from someone who has ordered or recieved one of these.

thank you for this post!

i know just who i am going to send one to.

That's great to know! I've always wondered about them. Pretty to look at, yummy to eat...what better gift is there than that?
Wishing you well on your road to a full recovery!
