I received the Stay! Play! Dine! Pin today. It's for the time we are going but I also have the 30% off. I called Disney and by what the CM said the 30% off was the better deal. I finally get a pin and may not even get to use it. Did anyone else get one today.

Well since I forgot to get my mail from the mailbox yest. i don't know but I am really hoping for one. The only pin I currently have is to add on parkhopper and waterparks for free. i'm really hoping for free dining or a % off the resort for a June trip.

I got a "room only" pin about a week ago. Saved me $100 for my stay in March. First time a pin has actually benefited me

I wish we could get pins. We would stay at the poly more often then. But this year we go back because of an error on Disney's Part, we had a royal refurb room booked at the POR resort and they couldn't make good on the opening day. So now we got bumped up to POLY. Guess that was our PIN code lol. How do you get them or trigger them to get sent to you?

Luck of the draw, truthfully. It's random who is chosen. Some people receive emails, while some receive one through snail mail. The pins are given out by the marketing group. The offer provided varies to people receiving them. If you place an "order" (it's free) to receive a vacation DVD, your name is sent to the marketing department which increases your odds that you would receive a pin. I've also heard some say they price different vacations and then save their options and that is what they believed got their name in the hat. I say...cross your fingers and hope you get one. In the meantime, check the Disney site and here for general public codes/discounts.

i got the Game On pin on saturday.
it's a room only pin.

it gives you 30% off on your room.

it lists being valid from sept 1 - 27.


when i called and booked with it, i received the 30% off the room for my entire stay.
and i'm staying past the 27th...

i received my first one last year for a 40% off room only.
this is the second pin i have ever received.

i have been staying at the motherland since 1993...........have gone each year since then.
paid rack rate until i got AAA.

last year was the first time i ordered the planning dvd and the maps.
maybe that is why i received the pin in '11.
i ordered the planning dvd again in december last year.
maybe that is why i got lucky with the pin for this fall?
