I got a great deal today

Dillard's (where I work) is having a sale on their 75% off stuff. Anything already reduced by 75% gets an extra 50% taken off.

I found this gorgeous gray Anne Klein blazer in my size on the 75% rack today. Perfect condition. It had been $179.00 originally. The sale price was $44.75. With the extra 50%, it became $22.37. With sales tax, I paid $23.71.

I also get an employee discount. They will take another 25% off my credit card statement. Final price will be around $16.

I did good, huh?

Many years ago I worked at Gayfers(now Dillards here) and I got a deal very similar to that on some fine china. I think I ended up getting 12 place settings on a discontinued pattern for around $50.00. If you know china prices you know that was a great deal!!
