I got a Ding! and I dont know what to do.

I dont think I can do anything actually. I booked our July trip when the dates were first released and it was my first time booking SWA. I booked roundtrip tickets PHL to MCO.

Today a Ding! came for our outbound flight (Wed., 7/5 8:45pm) but of course nothing for returning Sat, 7/15, 8:15pm).

Not having my confirmation info with me here at work, I can't even remember how much my total fare was, Im thinking it was around $79 each way. So I looked at what our return would be now and I dont even think it would be worth it for us to make any changes.

I guess lesson learned, always book 1 way vs. round trip, correct??

Sorry, just wanted to vent, whine and complain. :guilty:
 
Can't you call southwesr directly and ask them to help you?
 
CALL SW. They will help you! You can cancel one leg of your trip and replace it with a DING. You will just have 2 confirmation numbers. Have the DING on you computer and all the info inputted then call SW When they fix your ticket then use the credit to pay for the DING!!! It's easy, I have done this and I am computer illiterate!! :crazy:
