We stayed in AKL concierge last year right after it opened and I was less than thrilled. No one contacted us, I had to contact them and then they never got back in touch. I really felt ignored and forgotten. I wasn't sure I wanted to do it again, and it's one of the reasons why we didn't plan our whole vacation at the AKL this time. But we did decide to start out there, because the kids weren't with us last year and they really want to experience the Lodge.
I'm happy to report that things have completely turned around now that Lynn is an itinerary planner. She really has her act together and is very organized (not to mention that she's really sweet - we met her last year
). She called in March to wish us a Happy Anniversary (even though she didn't know that we were planning on returning) and called today to see if she could make any priority seatings for us.
I feel so much better about staying there this time. Lynn is the type of cast member we all hope to run into at WDW and a big reason why we keep going back.
