Not a single room in the Poly at standard or the Contemporary Garden View in any of the three categories available with the 40% PIN code. We have the WL reserved right now but I just don't see how it will work with a wheelchair bound DH and a 4 yr old.

I am at the point of cancelling. Does anyone have experience with getting a room change with a PIN code once they have said no more rooms are available with that discount?

Someone convince me that the WL will be okay from my DH. I have until the 6th to pay the deposit.

What are you major concerns with WL? All Disney resorts are very wheel chair friendly. Granted you won't be on the monorail, but WL has a boat to MK and busses as well. Trust me. I took my aunt and uncle, both using ECV's to Disney for 14 days and we stayed at POP. Yes, we had challenges, but not because they didn't walk. The only challenges we had were at the bus when people got angry that 2 ecv's loaded before they were allowed on. I think you'd have a great time at WL. It's an amazing place.

Can you change your dates a bit? Sometimes being flexible with your dates can have amazing results. Arriving a day or 2 earlier or leaving a day or to different can make a window of availiblity. I was originally booked CR std with 40% off but jsut changed to FD this morning. It also never hurts to keep checking!

Have you asked to speak with a supervisor or somebody in guest relations? I think if you explain your situation, they may be a little more accomodating.
