Just what the world needs....more lawyers.

Seriously though it's all a scam. You see, it's lawyers that make and grade these tests. The more people they fail...the less competition they have..the more money they can have. It's just a case of the haves trying to keep the have nots from having.

Anyways... she has more guts than me. I would have quit law school the first day. They had homework for orientation.

Sounds like you didn't fail the Multistate...hope not, because that is such a b_ _ _ _ h.

Funny story: I took the bar in the dark ages before web sites. I was at a large law firm and we had someone who called the Bar Examiners occasionally to check to see when the results were coming out. The guy who was president of our law school class went to a small firm and was sort of "out of the loop" as to when the results were coming out.

He called directory assistance and ask for the Board of Bar Examiners, then called the number and asked if the results were out. They said they had been out for several weeks. He asked if his name was on the pass list, but it wasn't. After much questioning he realized that directory assistance had given him the number for the Board of BARBER Examiners!
