When I watched some of the media's coverage of the pro-war rallies, some of the children whose parents are in Iraq were able to send messages. They were saying "we miss you, we love you, please come home soon", I could barely swallow, I had such a lump in my throat, it hurt. Seeing the soldiers and hearing them send their messages home is another one that gets me. I am, by nature, sensitive about things, but it is gut wrenching to witness the pain these families are going through. The wives of servicemen, holding their little babies and waving the American flag, always smiling......
