These are the cloth ones that look like CM. CM pages and protectors fit in them. They probably are not as good of qualityas CM but they are fine for me. The cheapest I ever bought them was $12 half off at M's. I couldn't believe $6 dollars. I got me and a friend one.
I found the Westtrim Scrap hinge on clearence at Kmart for $6.00.
