You might try again. I just did mine again after I saw your post. I found it on the Disneyparks.disney.go.com/disneyparks website. You could type in Disney online personalized video and find it that way as well. I may not be adding the link correctly. When I click on the link it goes to my name, you could just change my name and add yours. Good luck.
