I found my old Weight Watchers pointsfinder slide so I can count my points too. Dr. Phil's book is great for habit changes but I love to count points too. And the food guide has a great 14 day jump start plan but we don't have all the food neccesary for it but I can count points and limit my intake until we jump on it.

Now I gotta find the points ranges for my weight. Eventually when we are in a better situation financially I will join online but right now I will be working on this from home. :)

Do any of you know the range for a person that is 274?

250- 274 is 28-33.

Thanks a bunch. I did a search too. I found a free online WW journal too. It doesn't calculate the point values of foods for you but it will count the total and all that good stuff.

I'm quite excited about this because I love the flexibility of WW and how I can eat whatever I want though I do try to follow a sensible diet and Dr. Phils books helped with that a ton.
