I found my old Weight Watchers pointsfinder slide so I can count my points too. Dr. Phil's book is great for habit changes but I love to count points too. And the food guide has a great 14 day jump start plan but we don't have all the food neccesary for it but I can count points and limit my intake until we jump on it.
Now I gotta find the points ranges for my weight. Eventually when we are in a better situation financially I will join online but right now I will be working on this from home.
Do any of you know the range for a person that is 274?
