What a great day I had today. Since reading these boards I have been hunting for the Brita water bottles to no available. Finally I found them at an IDA Drug store in Toronto. So they do exist. So if you are looking for them try and IDA drug store. Good luck..:wave2:

Good to know... I've been searching high and low for them. I even emailed Brita and asked where to find them and none of the places they listed had any.

I'll have to look next time I go visit the IL's!!

I just went for a (BUS)) daytrip to Shipshewana and we stopped at a
Big K
I bought the last 3 for $2 each. The refills were $2.50 a pkg. This was cheaper than one bottle in Canada. I was
doing the happy dance.
Another great find for our Disney Trip. Thanks to whoever posted the Brita specials. I also found them in the plumbing section ,not with the large Brita Bottles in the Kitchen centre:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :wave2: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

were in toronto was the IDA that you found the bottles at.
I have been searching everywere for them.
thanks

We found some at the Canadian Tire store in Orillia on the weekend. We started looking at one of the Barrie stores and the sales clerk did a search for them at all the local stores. The closest store that had any was in Orillia. Apparently there were 11 on the inventory listing for the Orillia store, but there were only 3 on the shelves. But there could be more in the store room.

Checked IDA in Uxbridge, they didn't have any, but they could order them if I wanted them.
My sister lives in Orillia and I'll get her to have a look at Orillia.

We've been looking for the bottles in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Brita gave us a list of places that carry them, and we made a list of the places people from this board found them. We had a tough time:

Our local Sears, Zellers, Canadian Tire, and Wal-Mart all carried the bottles at one time, but they haven't had them in stock since last year.

The Canadian Tire website lists the filters, but not the bottles. the Sears website and catalogues don't show the bottles.

Amazon.com carries the bottles, but will not ship it to a Canadian address. (For some reason they only ship books, movies, music & software to Canada)

We called the Shoppers Drug Mart where my fiance works, and they don't carry them anymore either. We went to another Shoppers in town, and they had one bottle left (for $12.99!), but it didn't have a filter included with it, like its supposed to. We're going to ask the manager if he'll throw in a filter or 2 for free.

We spent last night trying to hunt them down and haven't had too much luck. they seem so easy to find in the States, and the Brita representative seemed to think they would be easy to find - how wrong she was! I think a few people should email Brita & let them know how frustrating it is that we can't find their product!

Hopefully we'll have some luck getting a filter included with this bottle!

I just found them at Loblaws at Masonville in London. They had a ton of them. $2.99 for the bottles and .99 for the replacement filters. What a deal.I'm sure I paid about $10.00 for the bottle I bought a couple of years ago!

And I found them on Saturday at the Sobeys in Burlington.... I bought 4 of them but am thinking of returning 2. So I have 2 extra's if anyone wants them and I am in Guelph!
