DH is taking off tomorrow and Monday so I'll be off the computer for a few days. We plan on going down to the country house tonight and spending the next few days driving over to the beach, they are predicting beautiful weather.

The next two weekends after this should be interesting. Next week my niece, her Dh and two kids are coming for the weekend.

The following week my nephew, his wife, four kids, my sister and other nephew are all supposed to come down I'm used to cooking for 2 people, I think we will take them out for pizza!

I'm not used to having kids in the house, should be very interesting

DH has 103 fever with a cough Not his best weekend, but we tried to make the best of it with my niece's family. It was 100 - 102 degrees, not great weather to be out with a fever.

When it rains it bloody pours..

I'm headed to the Jersey shore on Thurs for a week ... Can't wait. We just booked last minute, because we fly standby, and California was not looking good, and the weather doesn't look so great in too many places, so we drive.. NOT looking forward to that, but anxious for a change of pace. DH is tired, so needs to get away from work..

If I don't stop back, it is because I'm lost packing. Bringing an extra suitcase for anything I "might" buy

Dh had bronchitis, I was back and forth between NY and NJ all week - back in NY for two days, he has to go back to work tomorrow.

We are in Wildwood right now until Friday. We leave for some NYC after that.
Weather has been STUPENDOUS since we arrived. Relaxing with a nice cold one outside!!

I didn't hear him get up this morning, I woke up at 6:30 and he had already left for work.

The weather has been great lately, we missed such a good beach weekend

Are you going to Broadway??? I highly recommend Jerusalem, it was the best play I have ever seen. On the other hand, if you are in the mood for some silly fun, Rock of Ages is a hoot!! have fun!!!

We didn't do Broadway. Just shopped around. We went to Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken (which took ALL DAY), but my DD was thrilled!!

Home now and . But we had a great vacation. Great weather, only seeing some rain the last day. We went to Atlantic City shopping that day, and to Seaside Outlets on the way home.

Back to reality now. Glad to be home though, very glad. I hope you are all well.

A quick fly-by. Back from NJ for the night, had a great time with my family this weekend. DH's family is at the beach this week, so he is working tomorrow and then we are heading back down there.

Shopping! Next week I have to post a pic of my new Coach bag - it's snakeskin!

not yet, but I've been getting stuff together for a while. It's all sitting there waiting to be folded & packed. I'm taking the day before I leave off from work, so I can do everything then. Otherwise, I'll overpack!

I always come home with a whole pile of clothes that I ironed and packed, then never got around to wearing. Better to leave room for souvenirs!!
