I found a Disney smell!

I found a Disney smell! You know how some smells just take you there? Like the Pirates water or, for me, the pine/lumber smell of the Wilderness Lodge lobby?

I use Wallflowers from Bath and Body Works to scent my home and I cracked into a new scent today called Spiced Cider. It is the apple pie smell that they squirt in your face in Mickey's Philharmagic!

If I close my eyes, I'm in my happy place!

Oh! I love when that happens!!!

I work inside a shopping mall and the have a Millies Cookies outside my shop, and when I go into mall the smell of the cookies just hits you!! smells like resort food courts!! or if I burn cinnamon candles i think of the christmas store in DTD!

About a month ago I smelled a cologne that reminded me of the Swan. I should have bought it.

We turned the air conditioner on in our car today for the first time this season and it smelled like when you first walk into your resort room....love smelling the Disney smells!!!

A bathroom in a pub I used to go to smelled a lot like Pirates for some reason, maybe due to the water.

I have to say the best Disney smells to me are sun screen (because we put it on every day) and Tide laundry detergent since when we wash our clothes mid-holiday they smell of Tide! I wish we had Tide here

One day a couple of weeks ago a co-worker picked up her lunch and brought it back to the office and it smelled just like lunchtime at Sunshine Seasons.

Also, I bought some airfreshener for my van and my youngest DD said that it smells like the soap at Disney and we all agreed...I'll definitley be buying that scent again!!

Like a PP said I love smelling the smells of Disney even when we're at home!

And sometimes when I go into my office's loo, I smell a WDW smell. I think it might just be the same cleaner used by both places? But I'll take what I can get to remind me... even if it's of the bathroom :-/

any time they smell it it reminds them of their WDW vacation.

I've done this whenever I need a mini-WDW vacation. I just
"spritz" myself and I'm "on vacation"!!!

Isn't it funny how smells can remind of you of some of the

Today I am wearing the body spray that I bought last May for our cruise. I bought it at the Poly, and it is very beachy smelly, so I don't wear it much at home. It is definitely reminding me of the cruise.

Yup! I certainly do that! For me, it's Bath and Body Works Sensual Amber. I wore it on our first DVC trip and it always takes me back to that cozy little studio villa we enjoyed for 10 days, 9 nights!!

I also bought a tube of the H20 lotion that they put in the hotel rooms. I'll use it on DS's dry skin occasionally and it takes me there!!!

I've found the Febreze Air Effects scent Apple Spice & Delight smells just like Philharmagic as well. I spritz it whenever I need a pick-me-up.

This is funny...I posted something similar to this a little over a year ago when I had found a scent from Bath and Body works that (stay with me here...) reminded me of Test Track. It is the smell when you go into the "corrosive" robot room. It's Bath and Body Works Shea Cashmere body lotion.

I also use the soap from WDW when we run out and it brings me back to when we stayed at AKL...

Last time I visited my mom, she had on a perfume that smelled just like the Swan. She said it was Estee Lauder Sensuous. I got a sample of it at the Macy's perfume counter and it does, indeed, smell just like the Swan lobby areas. Brings back memories to me.

The Basin store at DTD has blue bath salt. I believe it is called "relaxation." I think it smells like the ocean during Soarin'. I haven't used it in a while, but I open the container and a take a wiff now and then.
