i forgot to mention something

when i went to the dr a month ago i weighed 205 well when i went tuesday i weight 203 well since i been on a strict diet and everything since i am dibetic i am now 192 i lost a total of 13 pouds and didn't even notice and now i get my first now second clip all in one day!!LOL!!! WOW i am so excited!!!
