I forgot my last page!!

I was shifting some albums around to make room (OK, hiding a few away so DH doesn't notice they're increasing ) and I realised I never completed my final page in the 2008 album I can barely remember the earlier parts of THIS year, so I can't do a "my favourite song was...." or stuff along those lines. Can anyone suggest anything to fill 12x12 of accusing white space?

How about a nice picture of your family together and something that says Togather we are ready for another year, or 2008 was great, or if you have any leftover pictures maybe use them to make a college- and say something like 2008- a busy year for us all.

I used the nicest pic of the 4 of us for the first page - its so hard getting pictures of us all together! I'll have a look to see if I've got any leftovers, and if not I'll get a reprint or two next time I'm ordering prints We went to DLRP so I should be able to find some nice pics of me in my tiara at least

Was this a yearly album? How many days or weeks was this last page supposed to cover?

I think a "wrap-up" page would work.... maybe reviewing some of the bigger events in your life for 2008??

If it is supposed to be just the last few days or last day of 2008, maybe you took some pictures of NYE or someone you were with took pictures?

We don't do much on NYE apart from go to bed early with a nice cup of tea - how old and boring are we? (Actually we never did much as I hate being told I have to stay up late to have fun!) There was no set number of pages, just pictures of family events through each month. A review might be useful.

How about a pocket page for the miscellaneous scraps of the year? With a photo of "the end" of something on it. I'm thinking for a Disney book I've seen "mickey's back" - for a general book, it could be the end of a road, or the 'backs' of the family, the table after a meal, you get the idea.

What about a "to be continued..." page where you tease a few items from 2009? You know a collage with small square photos from 2009? I'm having a hard time articulating...cut a small piece of a photo out and "tease" with it.

Oooh! I like that idea!! Or even cryptic quotes/clues (which wouldn't need me to find pics - so I could use one of my beautiful pieces of paper too lovely to cover with photos)

No, I got it straight away! Its like those competitions you see, where they show part of a photo of somewhere and give you clues, and if you gues where it is you win the prize Ita a brilliant idea, and one I might use again - as we don't do NY much I'm often a bit stumped for that final single page.
