I forgot klutzomania.




Just stepped out back a bit ago to snap some pics.

I reentered the roof over my head butt-side first, and planted my heel on the edge of the unroofed cat box. Consequence: catapulted kitty litter and contents therein.

The feline has applied her non-existent covering skills in an attempt to clean up the mess I made. I think it best I fetch a broom before Dr. Boskonovich performs any excretory endeavors.




If on my way to the wastebasket I trip over the broom, hurling dustpan and dung, knockin' my noggin on the table rendering me unconscious, my day will be complete.




And typical.

Update:

The hall, bathroom and bedroom have been restored to their previous condition, minus a bit of dust and such. Thank the Lord for crevice tools.

I’d hit play on the CD player, thinking it might make the task of sweeping up less unpleasant. The first song that emanated from the stereo was Tripping Over Gravity. Insult to injury. Figures.

I didn’t trip over the broom, so my head remains attached to the “tops of my legs” with no additional brain damage that I can detect. I did hurt the dustpan while obtaining the broom, but fortunately it was, like my brain, empty at the moment. Thank the Lord for minor miracles.

The cat screamed at me as I swept because some of the litter had landed in her cat food. She has a rather poor sense of humor. JMHO.

Perhaps later the DH will enjoy a chuckle at my expense. He could use one. Thank the Lord for little laughs. Pretty good medicine.
