I FINALLY got towel animals at WL!!!!!

We left a tip every day with a thank-you note in it, but that's not why we left one. I figure that the mousekeeping staff has a LOT of work to to, and a tip is just a little way of saying thanks. We didn't get towel surprises every day, but when we did, it was fun.

Thanks for your input! I was planning on tipping everyday, just thought maybe a bit extra the first day might help us get an animal at least once during our week there.

We got 2 last year at WL, a reindeer and an angel. I kept the angel and I bought an extra deep shadow box to hang in our bathroom. This time however we stayed at POR and didn't get any I think it just depends on the mousekeeper. We had the same one every day at WL but I think it was a different person at POR. DH thought maybe it was because WL is a deluxe but that doesn't seem to be the case. Oh well, maybe next time.
