Hi there, I just had to comment on your daughters names. My daughter is Kacie and I am Courtney. Before I had my daughter I always thought I was going to name a daughter of mine Madyson. Great picks!

LOL and we dont have family christmas until new years so i hope shes not disapointed that they are not under the tree on our christmas here at home... but I will not tell her I will not tell her... i thought I was being original with the names lol i guess not.....great coiced BTW!!!

Mine decided she wants them last week and I was using a website that tells you when things are in stock and just happened to grab one... a little more than retail but I dont have to run and find 1 hamster here and another piece there...saves my sanity

I love my name and I do not hear it that often. There was one other girl in my school named Courtney and she was 2 grades younger. I do not hear Kacie that much either. There is one other in our town that I know of and she is one grade higher than my daughter. I do hear a few Madysons but I still love it.

I have not decided if I am going to actually act on the ZhuZhu pets. I have them in my basket and I am sitting here racking my brain as weather to get these for $89. DD has asked for other things that I have already bought before she got on the ZhuZhu pet kick.

I bought it i figured if she really doesnt want it I could sell it easily.... and to me its a little higher than retail but if you factor in gas/time/energy its worth it

I sent my mom and dad out on two separate occasions to TRU and they were only allowed to get one hampster each. They Got two the first time and decided to give one to my niece and so I sent them back out very early this past sunday morning and they were able to get two more for my DD. So she has a brown one, a gray one, and a white one.

well my stores are about 30 min away and I have a suburban so for me this little mark up was worth it especially since I have 2 kids that want them and the limit in stores is 1

I dont have a store around me that sells them with in an hour drive from me....so thats why my parents got them for me....Walmart is an hour away, Kmart is 1 1/2 hours away, CVS is even 1 1/2 hours away....TRU is about 2 1/2 hours away. I didnt think Id be able to get them online so I figured my best bet would be to see if my parents could....

What tracking site did you use? My 9 year old still believes and has been asking for one. Her older sister 11 and her have a plan that Santa must be real and only he can bring this pet. I love that they still believe regardless of what their friends say.

So far I keep checking my CVS with no luck and was number 200 in line at TRU Thanksgiving. People were there at 6:30pm. I keep watching for it on line and have yet to be successful.

Not sure what they use but I've been using zoolert.com. If you read up in the forums you get lots of tips on how to possibly score online as well as sitings in the stores.

Are you a rewards memeber at TRU? If not I would suggest going and becoming one. When you are a rewards memeber you get emails about "special" events. This past Sunday they gave the first 50 shoppers the opportunity to purchase one. I got to my store at 615am and was the
28th person in line. It varies but my store allowed each person 1 hamster and 1 accessory. Today I got lucky, went to TRU around 10am to get a Blue's Clue DVD for my son and they had the funhouses on the table, 1 per household!!

I checked a CVS this morning and they told me they put them out yesterday (second CVS that I know about that had them yesterday) and they were gone by 12. They are expecting another shipment and the next truck comes on Sat (not sure if that is true for all the CVS stores) and if its on the truck they'll put them out so to get their for opening.

Good Luck I seem to be seeing them around more so hopefully everyone else is.

they have been in stock at toys r us..... I followed the pattern for the past 2 mornings and 8-830 they have been in stock at etoys.com
a little more expensive but you get all 4 plus the funhouse and if you have kids that really want it...it beats going to thousands of stores hoping to get 1!!!
