Some of you might remember a couple of days ago I posted that I was a little disappointed in the Polynesian Island Planning for concierge, well this is a public apology (I really stuck my foot in it). I was complaining about receiving a very short e-mail with really no information about the PSs I requested. Well, boy was I wrong! Being fairly new to all this computer e-mail stuff, I failed to notice that there was an attachment to this short note. On the attachment written out very nicely was my entire PS itinerary. I am still on a wait list for Chef Mickey's but they managed to get every other PS at the exact time I requested. So I guess the moral of my story is before you jump to conclusions (usually the worst ones too) you should call and speak to someone directly. What I perceived as poor service was actually my own shortcomings.
