I feel like I am such a huge disappointment for my best friend

I am a very casual ebayer- I have probably bought 10-12 things and sold 10-12 things. I have made some very good money on things I had no use for anymore. I have bought things that I only couldn't find in stores anymore that I knew my DS wanted for Christmas this last year. I also bought a Disney Theme Park monopoly that I know I paid WAY too much for (about $25 more than what it sells for at the parks) but I didn't care cause I wanted it NOW. I have for the most part been pleased with how it works, but am not crazy into it. The one thing that's hard is clothes. I sold huge lots of my boy's baby clothes; 7 out of the 8 buyers were so impressed with the quality once they received them and gave me very positive reviews....but one lady was very disappointed and said she would give me a negative review if I didn't refund her 1/2 her money back...sigh...you never know with used sorts of items.
