I educated a doctor yesterday about DAS

Just got the wonderful news that I need back surgery and will be needing a scooter for my upcoming trip to WDW in two weeks. My doctor then offered to write a letter that would get me special access at the parks. I laughed, then sat him down and explained that for my situation, with my disability involving mobility and stamina, the letter would not be read, and would not grant me any special front of the line access.
It was fun teaching him a few things!

well at lest you know better I bet some would think oh cool and get to the park thinking they were getting something special and then being very disappointed to find out that they really get nothing

Agreed. How many times do we see people in the parks arguing with a CM who just told them the line was mainstreamed and they had to wait with everyone else even though they had a wheelchair.
I saw this very argument at TSMM one morning. Family of 4, with one person in a wheelchair, arguing with the CM, saying they wanted the special entrance for wheelchair users. CM told them there was no special entrance but once they reached the stairs, they would be directed to the non stair, accessible line. They family finally left, muttering that renting the wheelchair was a waste of money.

Wow someone actually got a wheel chair so they did not have to wait in a line. I know someone who claimed they would do this about 5 or so years ago I do not know if he ever did this but wow that has to be a very low thing to do and Disney has fast pass for every one too
