I don't think there is anything out there for July

i would assume since this iis one of their bussiest weeks, paying full price would be expected?

I've searched a gazillion threads and that's the general perception I am getting. Is this correct. My cousin is convinced she will be able to get a good deal. I know when we booked, we got the rack rate but that's what happens when you go at that time, right?

I did try the search feature using July, but all I get is that dreaded white screen

Don't know if this helps you or not, but I had originally wanted to go in July. I had priced out the week of 7/20 or the week of 7/27. But when I finally did get a discount code, however, I was told by the CM that this particular discount wasn't applicable before Aug. 10. She said my original dates were blacked out. So we changed our plans to get the discount, which was about 30 percent off.

We went last year at the tail end of July 7/30 to 8/6 and got the 40 off code. I am thinking I could have booked earlier but we were going for DD's bday so I stuck with the dates we already had. Don't give up hope. I did not even book that Vacation till Feb and it was around May I think before I got the code.

How about AAA? I would think that's the basic starting place for everyone, then hope for a code that's better.

I am a passholder and go at least 3 times a year, so I am always hoping and waiting for codes. Well, me and my sister decided to add a trip on this summer to take my nephew's and July was the best time for that extra trip. I called Monday to make the ressies and just asked if a code was attached to my name. No code I am really not expecting a Passholder discount to come either, (for July that is) being the time of year and all.

I ended up booking with the AAA discount, it's better than nothing at all and worth a try, if you have AAA that is. Oh, and they asked for my AAA number too. You never know who will ask for things like that. There have been times I have been asked on the phone to provide those things and times when they have not asked and told me to just show it at check in.
