I don't seem to get survey requests on days I have issues...

Many days I'm asked if I will do a survey after I'm done online. But, it seems like I have issues on the days I am not given that choice.
One issue I have occasionally, including today, is that after I check availability, then do something else on the website (today I cancelled a reservation), I get computer wording mumbo-jumbo when re-checking availability. I refresh, log out/in and it still persists. So annoying.

Every once and I while I get that. It’s inconsistent.

After the upgrade I couldn't t call DVC from my house land line, it kept telling me it's a private network. Now 3 days later I can call from the house phone again.

I get this all the time too which caused me to miss out on snagging a reservation before. Usually when I refresh about three times if that.doesnt work i just go to the top where you type the website and hit enter and then it goes thru. That and.melty Olaf are so annoying and now another maintenance scheduled for next week... we are paying a lot of money in dues for this faulty reservation system

I.also notice that the chat feature doesn't come up for me unless I'm fully logged out and re enter the website without logging in.

This is also super annoying as I have provide them all my member information again and personal info when they would have just been able to access it with me being logged in already.

If there's another way to access chat while being logged in someone please let me know, it seems like people who haven't bought yet are getting easier access not surprisingly
