A coworker got me some Disney paint samples from Home Depot this week... but they're not Mickey heads, they're 2 x 3 rectangles with two paint colors on each one! Wahh! Where can I get some "good" ones????

They're at the Home Depot paint section, but there is a special selection of "Disney" colors. So your co-worker was in the right place, but apparently didn't see the Disney paint display.

my dh got me on this board in jan. and we went to WDW in march ..... i took my mickey heads and wrote DIS on them put them back to back and laminated them then punched a whole in them and hung them with lime green ribbon to my back pack..... i was waiting with my dd 9 for my dd 15 and dh to get off of space mt. and a little girl with her mom said " mommy there is one of those mickey heads on that ladies bag" so i turned around and smiled and the mom introduced herself and we began to chat...... im so sorry i forgot her name but she had the cutest little girl all dressed up in a princess outfit she said she didnt like it because all the boys were saying how cute she was..... well i hit the jackpot on my first trip...... i got noticed by a fellow diser and my dd got a towel animal...... but now im hooked i want to go back bad!! anyway keep the mickey heads and you will get noticed..... vicki

On last year's trip we had a ton of DISers recognize us not from our lime green Mickey heads, but from the photo in my sig. So, if you are going this year between July 25 and August 3, take a good look below

I had a lime greem mickey head hanging from my backpack this time but no one saw it and the only lime green I spotted was an entire group of kids from a school.

We made lime green Mickey head zipper pulls and put them on our backpacks last Oct. I also wore my lime green shirt one day. No one noticed.

I asked a lime green wearing woman at a bus stop last year and she said she was not a DISer but when I explained what it was and why I asked she said she was definitely going to check out the boards when planning her next trip!

I think we all just need to be brave and just ask when we see a fellow park goer in DIS green. We can be DIS ambassadors and bring new users to the DIS boards! ;-) This year I have a lime green bandana to tie to our stroller.

I have done this previously and I will do it again, for anyone who needs them, I will send you the "alien green" mickey paint heads from home depot. Just send me a mail about how many you need and your address. I like doing what I can to help out fellow DISers...I know you would do the same for me...I hope.
