I've done something to my computer that I don't know how to fix. I know these boards are the best, but whenever I get that "server is too busy" window, I will sometimes check out Rita Aero's boards. While trying to do that today, I accidentally clicked on the "Word" icon next to the "printer" icon in IE. It transfered "readersclubhouse.com" to a Word file (I think) and now whenever I try to go there, I get a window asking for my user name and password. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to remember what that might be (if I ever had one to begin with!) I get a window saying:

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Additionally, a 401 Authorization Required error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any suggestions how I can fix this problem?

If that site's access is password protected, you will need to figure out what your password was. Can you e-mail them or figure out how to get it from them?

JC---I never needed to use a password before. I thought about that though. The computer won't let me get into the website, so I have no way of knowing where to email them.

Thanks! I don't know why, but it worked! I tried that one yesterday too and still couldn't get through. I'm beginning to think that maybe the problem was on their end. DIS tech people are the greatest!
