I called to see if I had any pins or offers attached to my file. The CM said that there was something attached to my file from "marketing" but he could not tell what it was. We ran a couple of different situations and we are pretty sure it is a room only discount. We are almost as sure that it is a 20% value resorts (we did not check other levels). The CM said it was good to 12-22 for bookings through 12-22. He did not discuss blackout dates, though I guess there are some.

I was hoping for FD or 30% but may take the 20% for now.

Two questions:
1) when you call is there any fast way to reach a CM without telling the automated voice your life story?
2) On the web, how do you book a pin code rezzie and how do you retrieve previously saved offers?

I am confused why the CM did not tell you what was attached to your name. I would call back and check again. If there is a PIN attached they should be able to tell you what it is.

I would call back and speak to another CM some have more info than others.

I called back. They still said it was not a pin but a marketing discount but that it was for 20% off values. I dont know if it applied to other levels or it there are blackout dates.

We are going from Nov 26 - Dec 2, I'm going to call today and ask about these "marketing discounts". I'll post back later with more info.
