I don't know if I have lost weight

cause I haven't bought a scale yet. BUT I just put on a pair of shorts I wore two weeks ago which were Snug. They fit perfectly today. YIPEE. I have plenty of breathing room in them. In addition, my t-shirt is also a little looser.

Well off to the ball field, just want to stop in before I left and celebrate.

I have really noticed the change in the way my clothes fit also, and I think that has more motivation for me than seeing the actual weight numbers.

Way to go! I'd rather look good in my clothes than have the scale show a loss (although that is nice, too).


If your clothes are looking good, you're probably building muscle and losing fat. Muscles need more calories to support, so it's easier to lose weight! Don't ya just love it!

Yippee Robin! It's really all about how you feel, and how your closthes fit, and not what the numbers say anyway, so I don't think it is any big deal that you don't have a scale. You obviously are having success as those shorts are fitting! Way to go!

I usually buy looser fitting clothes so I can't really tell yet. BUT, I am now very comfortable in "classic fit" jeans rather than the "loose fit". That counts right?
