I dont know if I can do it. WL verses the Poly

I first reserved the Poly, then the WL to save some money. I just keep thinking about it, obsessing about it, and it is driving me nuts. We are DVC members so this will be the LAST time we dont stay at a DVC resort. This is a bday trip for dd and she LOVES the Poly. I really need a comfy bed due to back problems and looked forward to the new rooms. I can afford it, but we also like to do other things through the year. We are also doing Dave Ramsey which adds to my guilt and worry. I know you are thinking so what do you want lady? I guess I want suggestions. I want to hear what you think. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

It sounds like your heart is with the Poly, so I think you should stay there.

Ok, first of all I feel like I'm in the twilight zone! Did I just make this post? We were booked at Poly and now we're at WL because we've decided to save extra for an additional trip in Feb. We have been doing Dave Ramsey for a long time and have managed to save an payoff a substantial amount. I put a thread out yesterday about the WL for someone who prefers the tropics.

Anyway I think the whole Dave Ramsey thing does make you think well the additional money would allow me to do this. But the reality is we've never stayed deluxe so we have nothing to compare WL to so I am finally happy w/ the decision. For you it seems like this program has been successful for you and so you know where you can tighten down to make up for the Polynesian if need be. If you really want the Polynesian and love it there then go for it. Especially if you can afford it. My best friend tells me all of the time that we should stay at the Polynesian because we can afford it so why don't we just do it. The rack rate is really the only reason why.

We bought into DVC on that trip. Well, 4 years later, and failed adoptions, money lost, and one death of a son we were to adopt, we have decided to LIVE and we are going back!!!!!!!So, my heart is aching for the Poly. My heart really wants the magic kingdom view and concierge but I will hold on that. ))

First of all, . I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. And you know you should LIVE!! I would go w/ the Poly. You don't want to be on vacation and wishing you were somewhere else. Go for it!!
