I Don't Know, I Don't Speak Wind!!

Saying a prayer that today's ultrasound goes well. Aileen told me she's willing to share her birthday with a DIStown friend if need be.

Since we are grounded to the couch today, she loved all of the shopping pics. We might go back and hit old trip reports if she doesn't start bouncing back in an hour or two.

Looks like Aileen will be able to keep her birthday all to herself. The doctor wants Sophie to have a little more time to develop.

I will check on FB to see how Aileen has been doing since this morning. So glad the pictures are helping her get some enjoyment out of her sick day.

Enjoyed the updates of rain and shopping!

Hope Jill's sonogram goes well this morning. Praying for a safe delivery for Jill and a healthy baby Sophie.

I enjoy shopping without a wet poncho, however. ;)

Hoping all goes well with your appointment today Jill.

She and the baby are fine. It'll be a little longer, though, for miserable Jill.

Adding my thoughts and prayers for Jill and Sophie!!!!

Thanks! They are welcomed. :)

Lots of prayers and good thoughts for Jill and Sophie!!! :goodvibes: Summer pregnancies are no fun at all!! Sorry that work is so stressful at this time also!

Thank you for the virtual shopping tour! Hopefully the rain ends soon, so you can have even more fun!! Although at Disney, even rain is amazing!!

Jill said she has a million things to do at work, so she's just going to try to concentrate on that and stay as comfortable as possible. That's really all she can do at this point.

I'm slowly catching up, but wanted to pop in and say :wave2:

I think I'm back on page 10. Hahaha. But, I'll get there. It's been so busy these days and my computer time has dropped big time.

I saw Jill's FB update on Sophie - I'll keep you all in my prayers.

We brought home this bowl last Feb - it is our favorite. I was silly and only bought one so the girls fight over it. I'll be buying another one next Feb.

You would think a seasoned mom like you would know two little girls need two little bowls. I guess I should have been smart enough to buy three, but nooooo..... The day will come when I regret that. :upsidedow

I think I saw a FB picture where you guys were up here in my neck of the woods, didn't I???

Great news that everything is okay!! Hope Jill gets through this hot and busy month!!!

Glad everything is ok.. My thoughts are with Jill and Sophie

Glad all's well, and all your Distown friends will hold on in here until she arrives princess:

Good to hear everything is alright. Hoping Jill will make it to the expected due date and through the rest of the crazy weather this summer will bring!

So happy about the good news on Jill and Sophie. :thumbsup2

So happy for the goods new! Thanks for the update

So glad to hear everything is okay! I'll be keeping yall in my prayers!

Thank you all for your good wishes and concerns. This time next month, we'll be looking back on this thinking it really flew by, but right now, in the thick of it, it's harder to take, of course. Jill has flown through the other pregnancies, so to have any issues at all is just different for her. She said she has plenty to keep her busy at work, and we've got a party to put together for a special girl, so hopefully she can stay busy enough to help the time seem to go a little faster.

Continue to keep Jill and Sophie in your thoughts and prayers, please. I will be glad when this part is over and my girls are safe and sound at home. ::yes:: We will be sure to tell this little girl how much trouble she was here between smooches.

My youngest turns 15 on Sept 7, guess Sophie won't wait that long:). Glad to hear that all is well. I bet these weeks will fly by:thumbsup2

Good news. Glad to hear everything is ok. Will continue to pray though so that all goes well. I came on here tonight just to see if there was news.:)

All caught up again! And just in time... I will definitley be thinking of Jill & Sophie. I hope they make it to September... it's a great month for a birthday. ;)

And I absolutely LOVE your classroom! I hope you have a great school year & enjoy hanging out with your Toy Story friends! :thumbsup2

Glad to hear that Jill an Sophie are doing well. I know how Jill feels about getting things done especially Brooklynn's party. Michelle's birthday is June 23 and Danielle was due July 4th. Michelle kept telling me not to have her on her birthday. We had Michelle's 9th birthday party the weekend before her actual birthday. It was a huge sleepover party. All I wanted to do was get through that party. I got through it but I think it helped bring Danielle early. She ended up coming 9 days early but missed Michelle's actual birthday by 2 days.

I hope Jill get done what she has to so she can enjoy Sophie's birth.

Did the doctor suggest she go with shorter days at work?

We haven't been up in a while. But I do work in Brentwood. It's my goal to make it the Opry Mills in August. We still haven't been since it re-opened:sad::sad:

Oh. I bet you saw the FB pic of Abby and a crew of kids at a park that Taylor Swift donated??? Abby's sitter took her there to visit the sitters sis in law.and nieces. The nieces come down here a lot and Abby adores them. They loved that park.

Glad to hear everything looks good and both Mommy & daughter are okay. :thumbsup2

I wish Jill the strength and energy to get everything done in the next few weeks.

What was decided as Brooklynn's birthday theme?

Sophie will be a blessing no matter when she arrives into your world. :goodvibes

Oh the pros and cons of having 2 kids with birthdays in the same month.

Pro- For a while thye can have 1 celebration
Con- It makes for a busy month.

Mine were 3 years and 2 days apart and yes I was hoping to just make it past Jennifers so I could deliver Chris.
Big as a house and swollen to boot. Add in contractions every 5 minutes for the last 3 months of the pregnancy and that was me.

So ready to get Chris out in the world. :rotfl2:

I can relate to having both kids birthdays in the same week too! Good and bad I agree.
Aaron and Lexi are 6 yrs apart, so we didn't combine the parties.
Birthdates are 2nd & 7th.
And just for extra strain on the pocketbook there is usually Easter thrown in there too. ;)

I am glad to hear that everything with Sophie is okay! I know it is hard on Jill right now but think in a few weeks what another blessing ya'll will have!!! I know what you mean about wanting Sophie to wait until Sept 1 so she can have her birthday month!!! We will be at our 2nd home the same time ya'll are hope we can meet up! Are ya'll doing a halloween party this time? :goodvibes:yay::cool1:

Good luck in your new school year!

Sophie is going to let her sisters know right away that she plans to be every bit as crazy as they are.

-Thanks!
-I bet she will fit in perfectly with your other girls :)

Jill wants to last past Brooklynn's birthday party on August 18th, and I'd like to see her hold out until September 1, just so Sophie can have her own birthday month. Whatever happens will be up to Sophie and the doctor, I think, and neither Jill nor I will have much say in it.
-I'm so glad to hear that everything is okay!
-Darn! I was hoping for a Sep. 25th baby so that I could share my birthday with little miss Sophie :)

Great news that Sophie and Jill are doing well!!!

I think she has felt better today. Yesterday she was just a little overwhelmed with the thought of having to go through another miserable month.

My youngest turns 15 on Sept 7, guess Sophie won't wait that long. Glad to hear that all is well. I bet these weeks will fly by

I think if she hasn't gone before, Jill will be very happy for September 4th to arrive. ::yes::

Good news. Glad to hear everything is ok. Will continue to pray though so that all goes well. I came on here tonight just to see if there was news.

Thanks. I am guessing any news will hit FB first and here second. We'll let you know about anything new that happens.

September 1 would be a good day. She'd have her own month, and we'd have a long Labor Day weekend to be there. :)

We want to get through Brooklynn's party, too. Also, if Sophie can hold off, it will help Jill that she will still be on maternity leave when we go to Florida, and she won't have to use vacation days.

The doctor said she would be glad to give Jill a 'short days' note whenever she requests it. She might request it next week. ;)

Opry Mills has taken on a different atmosphere. It takes a few walks around it to get use to it. It's nice to have Rainforest and Disney Store back. :thumbsup2

Brooklynn is having an Animal Kingdom birthday.
Does that surprise you?

I'm pretty sure Jill will stick to her word of Sophie being the last baby after how miserable she has been.

What - you don't think Aaron would have enjoyed sharing a Hello Kitty birthday party with Lexi??? :upsidedow

Me, too! She sounded better today. :goodvibes

We are doing the Halloween party, but I am not sure what night. Jill got the tickets.

Yes, it was, but I didn't look at the price.

-Thanks!

I think Jill would be tearing up some things somewhere if she had to wait until September 25th!

My girls were both March babies. The weekend before Sarah's 2nd birthday (and party) the dr. told me that I could "go anytime" and I remember saying, no, it has to be after the birthday. Turned out to be two weeks and one day later. Having both birthdays in March is a blessing and curse. BUT, we have spring break in March here, and usually it's right between the birthdays. So our vacations have been substituting for lots of presents and in some cases, the party.

I hope thing settle down and Jill can find some relaxation between now and Sophie's arrival!

Brooklynn's party sounds great to me! Are you having Jungle Juice??? I'm guessing that many of her stuffies will be at the party too! Maybe the long necked one?
