I'm so homesick for TSM!! It's my little grandsons favorite!

How long does your school year run? Does is start at the beginning of August as you get out early in May? Or do you have longer/more frequent vacations throughout the year?

I have been told we can't have things hanging from our classroom ceilings because of the motion detectors. I had to hang my jellyfish (last year) way over to the side in a corner so they would not get the AC and blow around.

I was thinking about that when I looked at pictures of Anita's room. I love it, but that would be a big no-no here. Every year at least one room gets written up by the Fire Marshall for having something hanging from the ceiling

We get out about Memorial Day. We are having longer breaks during the year. I think the kids are supposed to be in school 180 days, but I am not exactly sure.

Before I face our first full day with kids on this stormy Friday morning, I decided to go back in time and soak up a little Disney magic to last me until 3:15.

After coming out of TSMM, I took some pictures in the Pixar Place area.

With the Mickey display out in front of the park now, you can get a nice shot of Brown Derby.

Raining, raining, raining. It was still raining. Not hard, but still raining.

Bella enjoyed some puddle jumping.

Our next mission was to tackle 'Tower of Tara'. This time, the hotel guests would be John, Brooklynn, and me. Jill couldn't ride, so I owe her a 'sit out' in October so she can ride.

I do not like being in this little room.

Brooklynn really enjoys it, although you couldn't tell it there.

It's so sad seeing the front of the Brown Derby so empty. Like I think maybe the whole Sorcerer Mickey was out of place, but I would love to not see that area so barren.

Bella's puddle jumping is so precious. She totally knows how to make raining in Disney sound like fun. I'll probably have to release my inner Gene Kelly if it decides to rain on my next trip.

Love your pictures of the 'Tower of Tara' queue and the ride! Your ride photo is awesome, you look you are having the time of your life right there MeMom! Brooklynn is one brave girl, I would've never been able to ride ToT at her age. The girls look great in the Bellhop Mickey Ears, may have to get those.

So fun waking up and reading about Tower of Terror! I love that ride and cannot WAIT to finally be able to ride it again next year!

I'm thinking they moved the Sorcerer Mickey topiaries to help with congestion on that walkway. There were always people (me included) stopping in that small area to take pictures and holding others up. Just a thought

Loved the ToT pictures! It's been awhile since I rode it, but Jared loves it and Mom has decided that she wants to experience it at least once, so I think we are riding next month!

Those ToT pictures are GREAT!!! My oldest DD is like Brooklyn...she freaks out and screams the entire time...then gets off the ride and goes on and on about how much she loves it. I believe we may have some adrenaline junkies on our hands, MeMom!

Look it's a Memom sighting! Such a cute picture. You look like you are having a ball and Brooklynn's just not too sure...but it's adorable seeing her hugging her daddy for protection. The place every little girl should be able to go to to feel safe.
