We are all excited to use ME on our trip Saturday, and it just occurred to me, it's been years since I have checked baggage! We are flying SW and I plan to print our boarding passes ahead of time. We will attach the yellow Disney ME tags to our luggage before getting to the airport, but I don't understand what I do with my baggage after that. Do I have to get in the regular line to check in even if I have already printed my boarding pass online? Just want to make sure I don't screw up.... :thanks:

If you've got your boarding passes printed IMO it's worth it for the few extra bucks to check your bags with the skycap rather than waiting in line. However, at PHL it's relatively easy to see if there is a line inside also. We've done both, depending on lines inside. The SW checkin counter at PHL is right inside the door behind the windows where the skycaps are at the curb.

You just walk inside the terminal and there is a separate line for E-Tickets. You show them your boarding pass and tell them how many pieces of luggage you would like to check and they print out the tags. They will put the tags on for you, then you carry them over to the TSA line for screening. You're all set from there!

thanks all for the replies - sounds easy enough!! i just started to panic when i realized i didn't know what to do. good to know that i can print out my ticket ahead of time and still check baggage easily. :thanks:
