I do not love love bugs!

Our house is swarming with them.

It seems kind of early. I don't remember them being this bad until May of last year.

YUCK! Is there anything that can be done to get rid of them?

I don't have that answer...For once I wish we had this problem..IT is FREEZING OUT, and no bugs in sight for a long time

Nope. You pretty much just have to wait them out, unless you can manage to convince the weather gods to create a hard freeze on command.

They don't live long, and if they are out now they should be pretty much gone by the end of next week, following week at the latest.
