I was just there from 2/7-2/12 and I have to say that even though the crowds were high (they always are now) the cast members I encountered were all very friendly, efficient and really took the time to talk about my day, my plans, and my general enjoyment of my vacation. I must say it really does add a little something to the experience and the pleasant cast members this time really stood out! That's the Disney I know!
in my opinion. Without them, I'd probably still like WDW, but nowhere near as much as I do. With a cast as large as WDW CMs, I'm sure there's a rude one somewhere, and even good ones can have a bad day sometimes (we all do), but 99.99% of the time they are the very minimum courteous and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I have witnessed them go above and beyond, or even simply waive hello in a genuinely friendly manner. We've had the privilege of getting to know one of them over the past 8 years and she has become a family friend. We think the world of CMs and admire what they do.
