I Didn't Know You Could Get Credit That Fast

So I went to Khol's today and I found this great bag on sale (reg. $99.99) for $39.99!!! When I went to check out the lady at the register said I could save an extra 15% if I applied for Khol's charge card. So I was like sure I'll just apply for it so I can get the discount and save even more on what was already a great deal. Then all of a sudden the lady said I was approved for up to $700 I'm thinking that was fast. I didn't know they could just hand you some credit like that. Too bad I've got to hand it all over to DH because I can't be trusted with credit. There's a little bit of my brain that knows that credit is something you have to pay back with interest, but there's this bigger part of my brain that says BUY BUY BUY!!! So when I get my card in the mail I have to give it to DH. But there's so much stuff I could get...

It's scary sometimes. The last card I got was at Sherwin Williams but they were offering 25% if I got a card. Since paint was already on sale and I wanted some for several rooms it worked out. Most of the time I use a card for flyer miles so rarely have cards for specific stores.

I would think of the things I could buy, buy them, then turn the card over.

We need a new toaster, some sheets, some blankets, a new bed pillow would be nice ................. Oh and Kohls, they have cute shoes!

That's where I do 90% of my clothes shopping! I was just there today and picked up this cool pair of jeans for my DD for Xmas. Gotta love those sales and when you use the charge you get an extra % off!

Yep thats me! We have one CC and DH keeps that one now. The only time he ever uses it is to put Hotel Rooms on hold or something. Heck the account is probably closed by now.
