I did not go to Disney to lay up in the bed with the blinds drawn tight! POL 11/12

I know there are at least a few people reading this, but not a lot of comments, which is ok. I am not exactly sure how to write one of these but the details come back to you as you look through your photo's.
On this morning we had originally planned to split the day, going to Epcot till about 1ish and taking a break going to the MK for our Christmas Party later on. But I decided to just do an entire Mk day.

We made rope drop, and watched the cute show before entering the park right at 9am, I wanted to go to FL first and try to ride the elusive Dumbo which by the way would be the first time for me mainly because the line is always long...
We made our way back around the left side of the castle, and got into the Dumbo line which was small, all except for Linley who used her pass she had gotten for Dan .
Actually we all ended up on the same cycle anyway.

Hailey was very happy with this ride,

but I think Lydia and Jake were fighting about something because when she got off the ride she announced that he had ruined her trip and she was never riding anything with him again! I don't know why he ruined her trip, but she is a drama queen.

You can see something new being built while I took photo's on Dumbo just over the construction wall, a red/white tent.


When we got off the ride I noticed the Ugly stepsisters and the stepmother and really wanted to get our picture taken with them.

The line was sort of long but it didn't matter because they aren't always out and this would also be something new to us.
Hailey thought they were yet another princess and ask to see there shoes.

Now Linley wasn't having any of this, and since she couldn't use her pass for the character lines (or I don't think she would do this) she took Lydia and Jake with her to ride a few rides while we saw the sisters.
I went ahead and ask the handler to take our photo with my camera and got into the picture this time. I really enjoyed them and they are a hoot!

Next we walked to see the princess's in toon town, but Jack had decided he was not seeing any characters this time and Kelly took Jack on the train for an entire ride around and back to toon town while I stood in line with Hailey. It took about 15 minutes until it was our turn.

Hailey loves the princess's and of course ask to see there shoes, which they all thought was so cute.

I left out of there and browsed the gift shop on my way out and sat waiting for my sister at the benches by the train.

Soon they came around and we all walked to see The Presidents (which was something Kelly wanted to see, but not so much on my part). The next show was starting in about 15 minutes so we browsed around the shops at LSquare and I bought a Jack Hoodie in a shop that seemed to have nothing but Nightmare before Christmas items in it.

We returned in 15 min and went in to sit almost in the front with hardly anyone else in the theater.
I actually fell asleep during this, and it just couldn't hold my attention, I was jolted awake as people were getting up to leave, and must of dropped my prescription sunglasses which I remembered just when we were about to leave out the doors. Well my sister kept going and I told Hailey to stay put in the little room leading outside while I rushed back to my seat. People were already coming in for the next show, and I didn't even know what row we had been in , but picked one and just as I got halfway across the row, a lady said she had just stepped on something... Yes it was my glasses but they were fine and not broken. I thanked her for finding them and rushed back to get Hailey who by this time was trapped in the little room since by now the doors had closed and was alone in this room.

We had gotten phone calls all through this show by Linley telling us she was near TMRR, but had not taken the kids on this, she was just sitting in the smoking section wanting us to meet her there. I told her to just meet us at Columbia HH for our lunch.

I had gotten myself sick the day before, and was a little scared to eat anything, but managed to eat the tuna salad sandwich and chips with an ice tea, and gave Hailey my desert. I really think this is one of the best counter service places in the MK, maybe in all of Disney and there is always a quiet table available, it even has upstairs seating but I've never made it up there mainly because Linley won't walk that far.

I think after this we headed out of the park to rest, so we could have energy for the Christmas Party later on, we did however stop in adventure land during the afternoon parade so linley could go to the smoking section. We saw Ariel on the way and the girls went to meet her.

I just don't understand why she wouldn't let her son do anything at Disney, I think it's kind of mean to take a child to Disney and then keep him trapped in the stroller the entire time while everyone else has fun.

Yes , and I really hate to throw her under the bus, but... and I know what it's like to have an adhd child, my 22 year old son had this problem and it felt at times like he literally sucked my youth right out of me...

And I even understand not liking to walk, but when my butt started to get way big, I joined the gym and dropped some weight.
I tried a few times to tell Dan to stand by me, or sit by me to get him out of his mothers direct line of fire, but most of the time she told me to mind my own business .
I argued with her some when she wanted to leave early or not go to our planned park at all, but she told me her feet had blisters and she just couldn't.
And yes the smoking thing, I would leave them out but they seemed to be a big part of this trip and bad or good, I guess I want to tell it like it is.
The outfits are a hobby of mine, dressing up little girls, mostly purchased off ebay, sometimes used which is just fine.

I keep my cool because I want so bad for everyone to enjoy my hard work in the planning of a disney trip. I also have had a lot of practice with little boys that seem to destroy everything they put there fingers on and my age also allows me to remain somewhat calm.
Linley also is bipolar and has a quick temper. If you push her to much, she will huff and puff and storm out.
Dan has a loving grandma and grandpa on both sides of the family, and for the most part is well taken care of and loved.
It's just that I had one stroller and 2 children, and my sister had a stroller and 1 child and we just didn't have enough hands to take Dan alone when she decided she wanted to go back to the resort.
It just really bothered me a few times in particular, like when we saw fantasmic, I think she could have gone with us so he could see the show to, it was only 6pm at night when she decided she wanted to leave.
And the line to see Snow White was very short, and she could have let him meet her, he loves Snow, and was instead sitting a few feet away on a bench. When he went a few years ago with the entire familly he got to see her when he was about 3, and was petting Snow's hair, got some really pretty pictures of that.

We took our bus back to the resort for our nap and of couse the kids were playing on the unused cot with there little pirate playsets. Hailey will always take her nap and because I rented her a toddler bed it was even better for her and she climbed right in.
Everyone fell asleep except the other kids and when we woke up, the room was trashed! They ate all 12 of the pop tarts and juice boxes and threw there trash all over the floor, little pirate men all over the floor, and whole pop tarts with no bites taken out of them laying here and there. My goodness!
We had planned on getting back to MK around 4 or so, and we were right on time as far as that. On our way out of the room, and as we passed the fountain Linley wanted to stop and smoke and we told her no! She was a bit bent over this, but just said ok, and puffed along the walkway trying to keep up with us.
The kids had not had a bath in several days and I made a mental note to do this even if I had to put them all in togther. They just had no interest so far in this, or I had not made the time so far and usually this would not be a problem at home.
We needed to see the Christmas parade and Wishes tonight, go to TLand and ride anything left out. I also had heard all 7 dwarfs would be somewhere around the old skyway building that is still up there and wanted to try to get a picture with them. They were suppose to be there at the start of the party and I told everyone of my plans.
We were caught in a very packed main street since one of the parades were going to start or maybe they were already lining up for the Christmas one, but it was so hard to walk with all the strollers.
We had not done Jungle Cruise yet so off we went towards it


I did not take many photo's of this night probably because it was going into night time and I don't always know the right settings etc... So here are some photo's of our 2007 trip I found.

We rode jungle cruise and than went to pirates to ride again since it's Linley's favorite.​

We got off the pirate ride and I sent everyone into the potty so we would not have a middle of the parade "I have to go to the bathroom" episode .
We than decided to eat at Pecos Bills so we would be near the Parade when it started. I still wasn't 100% feeling well so I got the taco salad instead of the burger meal, I got the girls 2 childs burgers and we found a table for all 8 of us and everything was ok except for the carrot cake which was yucky and thrown away.
About this time Jake wanted to ride splash mt but know one wanted to ride it at night and be wet and cold with him, so he started getting upset and I told him to go ahead and we would wait for him but he has this issue about being alone, and wouldn't do it. We were of course at the smoking section near this ride while we encouraged him to go on it and have fun, or to take Lydia to tmrr, which he did do.
Dan was allowed out to play with the children while we waited for them to return.
If you look at the 2007 photo's, I had Lydia in the exact same Alice costume, and she has grown tall if you compare the hem in the new picture ! Next year I guess it will fit as a top only if I keep dressing her in this!

When the kids returned we went to look for a parade spot and found one in front of a closed kiosh not to far down the street in front of the Bear jamboree show area.
Well we really love the Halloween parade and as much as I wanted to love the Christmas parade just as much, I'd have to say it paled somewhat to the Halloween one. I guess I am partial to that time of year to go as opposed to Christmas time.
It was a fun parade to watch and afterwards we walked towards F land and saw the dwarfs! And a line at least 30 people or more waiting to see them, and I knew I couldn't wait that long so I just snapped their photo and walked on.

At this time I wanted to go to TL since we had not yet been there, and also we only had a bit of time before wishes started. Dan had missed all the fireworks so far except the first night at epcot, so I fully expected them to stay with us at least for that... Uhm no!
She was already telling us they were going back to the resort for a swim, and to maybe do some laundry. Well she had said they were leaving on our fantasmic night as well to swim and we had not seen any wet suits hanging, or any laundry done, so I smiled and told her that this was her special Christmas Party night that cost extra, and was she so sure she wanted to leave just yet? Yes she left at 8:45 on the dot.
In all fairness, she had done well today and had said even with the new tennis shoes she purchased, her feet were blistered. I guess blisters are no fun.

We walked around the tea cups and on to ride buzz before seeing wishes.
I rode with Hailey, and once again Lydia went on with Jake and when everybody came out, Lydia was saying that he ruined her life! That he kept spinning their car so that she couldn't aim perfectly and that she won't ride again with him and she was really crying with real tears!

Ok, but you will probably ride again with him because of the young children that won't ride without their mothers and grandmothers.

We walked to about the rose garden spot to see wishes and it was starting to drizzle a little, and it had not rained all week so why in the middle of our party night?
I had brought our rain ponchos but they were back in the suitcase in our cramped little room.
Back to Tland after wishes ended and stopping for a potty break, we saw that astro orbitor had no line at all, and since we had never been on this we took the elevator up to the loading zone.
It started raining a bit more at this point and to my sisters dismay, all sat in wet seats. Lydia was paired with Jake once again and once again when we got off said she is never riding with him again, because he wouldn't let her make the ship go high, and kept making it low. I am a little afraid of this ride or at least I thought I was, which is why I had never been on it before. But even in the rain, and dark, it wasn't so bad.
We than went on TTA and this is always a pleasure when I'm at Disney.

After this we tried to see Carousel of Progress but it was not open

So onto the speedway since this is Jacks fav ride, me and Hailey sat this one out. But my daughter (who rode with Jake once again) got in trouble by ramming my sisters car on purpose, and the cast member told them that they get to ride again since there experience was ruined by the car that rammed them.
so we waited for Kelly to ride again while Lydia pouted and made excuses on why she rammed.
We had not gotten any hot chocolate or cookies yet, so I went to find them in the noodle station while the rest of them went to the bathroom.
They told me I could have up to 7 cookies for the rest of our group, but could only hold 2 hot chocolates. The cookies were ok, but certainly not main street bakery cookies, and no one wanted them so I stuffed them down in my bag and it of course was a not so nice reminder of the party in the morning all crushed with red sugar all over my stuff.
We were a little stuck while the second parade was going down main street and stopped in the plaza outdoor seating in a light drizzle to wait out the crowds for a bit and the kids found some rabbits in the bushes and wanted to play with them, but I told them to keep their distance because I didn't want anyone bit.
We did manage to get back into F land next to ride pan and snow and winnie and philaharmonica, ending our night with our last shopping on main street since we would not be back here again. Lydia had to use the restroom so I pointed towards the one by the post office and stood there in the doorway to the emporium waiting on her. I kept looking and peeking into the store and took my eyes off the bathroom for a minute, and when I walked back outside to continue to wait for her, she just never came. I called my sister on the phone and of course there was no answer.
So me and Hailey and the stroller started walking the entire length of the emporium looking for her and we couldn't find her. I had told her where I would be, and I never saw her come out of the bathroom, but she just was gone!
Finally 20 min later my sister called me to tell me she had her in the candy store, and that Lydia had found her and to meet her there.
Don't take your eyes off your children or the bathroom door for a second !

Went into the bakery and the candystore, did a bit of shopping and headed out just about 11ish. Now this was the worst bus experience so far, we had to wait 4 buses while Jack was asleep and Hailey as well, 3 scooters and plenty of scooter family that just took forever! Than when we finally got onto a bus Hailey starts crying for her mother, and her and Jake took a seat, but I stood and stopped by the back door so I had something to lean on with all my bags and strollers. There was this rude man (not the driver) yelling at people to go all the way back, "keep moving people, we'd like to get home tonight too!") And honestly it was already a tight fit all down the isle anyway.
We dragged all the sleeping children off the bus, and than into there stollers for the walk back to the room. Than plopped them one by one into there beds, still in there costumes and still without having a bath. This was our last day at the mk, and tom would be our last day at all. We were going to spend our last day at epcot.

This is our last day and A I believe we went to our food court to get a quick breakfast that morning, some milk, muffins, little things before getting on the bus to epcot. And as we were finishing up our meal Linley says "Don't hate me guys, but me and Danny are just going to hang around here today, swim and do our laundry" I told her it was her last day, and that there are plenty of things to do at epcot! I told her we had an adr at tuttu later and she assured me she would be there for our meal, but that "Epcot was a big bag of suck". I was just flabbergasted that she would rather lay up in the bed with the blinds drawn tight than to spend her last day at the park!

Ok, so we got there about 10am or so, and I wanted to ride test track since we had not done so yet, take the kids on spaceship earth, maybe do one more soaring, and we missed Cap Emo on our first night so that was also on the list. I also wanted to travel the worlds some more and try to find more characters to meet. So we walk over to test track to get fp and the line is really small so Jake kept Hailey while we got fp and than got in line, it they actually had the pre show doors open so you could walk right through to the car lines. I rode with Lydia and Kelly and Jack in the other car. Now she had never been on this nor had Jack so they were both very apprehensive about this ride, and when it was all said and done they both loved it and were looking forward to our fp return time.

Here's a rare photo of Linley at the bus stop actually going with us prior to our last day.

We than on our way back got on mission space to a non existent line, I rode with Lydia and Jake took Hailey this time, halfway through the ride it stopped in a dark area with no scenes on the side, and it stayed stopped for a good while in the dark. I was thinking all sorts of thoughts like how would we get down if it was broken? Was Hailey sitting down or freaking out? After several minutes it started back up and Lydia was giggling on my screen photo. We all made it off safely and stopped to find our photo's on the giant world ball thing.
As we kept walking out and deciding on what to do next I realize my daughter was not with us and had to send jake back in to look for her. She was again red eyed and I said to her "do you know what I look like?" and how many times was she going to meander around not keeping an eye on her family? I was not mean but trying to be funny in letting her know this has happened many times during the trip and to pay attention.
I'm quite sure we stopped at the character spot next and the line was about 10 or so minutes long and it was about 11:30am.

So just as we get to Minnie my camera batteries die, and although I keep more handy I just caught one little photo of Minnie, but thats fine.
We went to get soaring fp for later next, and than went into see Cap Emo next.
It was ok, same as with Honey I shrunk the kids... It was fun seeing the 80's again, but can't say I'd go back anytime soon.
We needed to use our last counter service up, so we walked to Norway to eat.

I sat the kids down outside first, and than went in to order. I got a giant ham n cheese sandwich, picked the wrong soup (fish soup) which I must say was not for me and I threw it away after a few tiny spoonfulls, and rice cream, as well as 2 kids meals ( the only choice given was pbj crustables, milk or small drink, applesauce, and a cookie) I got a snack of one of their cream horns as well and a milk for me.

We ate our meal, and walked on to China , saw Mulon and got in her line, Hailey tried to ditch everyone and go to her, but my stroller tipped over with all the heavy bags on the handles and I wasn't paying attention while she was up talking to her along with another family. I pulled her back to me and told her she had to wait her turn.
When it was her turn she ran up to her and fell scraping her knees and palms, so it was Mulan who calmed her down and talked to her about her boo boo's instead of me. She stopped crying to take a few photo's and I put a mickey sticker near her scrape as a bandaid since I had none to offer her, and she accepted it and was happy again.

We walked on and went into shop, in which Lydia found a tacky sparkly dragon she had to have, and told me she would not ask for anything else if she could have it. I told her she had her own money, so if she really wanted it she could. But that she would be out of money if she bought this. Out we walked with the red shiny dragon.
We stopped to ask to see the inside of Germany's Biergarden to see if maybe we would like to eat there instead of tuttu, it was sort of like the pictures I had seen, but I expected long tables, but instead they held 8 people, the food looked good and it was dark inside. They gave the kids childs menu's to take with them. So glad I had more things to stuff in my park bag. ​

So we go in to shop in Germany and the kids all found kid kot (cot) kidcot and sat down to make their first duffy bear on a stick. I however found several things to purchase and I knew I would have to repack everything to fit since I already had to sit on my suitcase and with all my might pull the zipper one centimeter at a time this morning to get it closed.
Lydia was clutching a snow white little people set and was following around (after making several duffy's) begging for it and telling me she'll do anything, and pleading for it. I told her she had spent all her money, and she whined and cried for it. On and On throughout the store harassing me at every turn. So I told her this was the absolute last item to be purchased and that she had a shopping problem.
On to Italy and into the perfume store, in which I parked the stroller and took Hailey by the hand since it was so crammed in there.
I had only been in there a second when I heard the man that worked back by the delicate mask shout "Excuse me! Little girl! Excuse me but please put the mask back" while I looked in horror to see Lydia running through the store with the mask in her hand, probably trying to find me to ask if she could have it.

I didn't buy anything and we walked to Tuttu to ask to look inside since we still weren't sure we wouldn't like someplace else to eat tonight. I felt just a touch of snottyness as she told us to go right ahead. It also looked very pretty, and I realized that looking inside each place would never help us decide on where to eat, so I told her we should just keep what we have since we have never ate there before.
We allowed the kids to do more duffy bears in Italy, and took some cute fountain photo's before heading to America.

We go on to the America's and I stopped to buy a blue raspberry slushie since it was sort of hot that day and also got JAKe one since the others walked on away from me.
Just than Lydia came rushing back to me telling me she had to go to the bathroom while I was in line for the slushie. I told her to tell Kelly who was walking towards one of their buildings and could get her there faster. Now she hates it when I send my child to her when she needs to go to the restroom, but this time I had a reason.
I took Hailey to the kidcot station and once I got her on a stool to start her's my sister came out and thanked me for once again sending Lydia to her when she had to go to the bathroom, I laughed and told her it had to be done or I would loose my place in line for the slushie. In truth I have saddled her with my children over the years in malls or fairs when they are doing the pee pee dance, it's sort of a game I play and she always has to go to the restroom anyway everywhere we go so I felt it's a better match.
Jake told me that when I took the blue slushie away from Hailey to go sit on a nearby bench, that she looked at him and said "if you don't give me that slushie I'm gonna scream for grandma"! wow, I didn't know Hailey had a mean bone in her body until that moment.
So now we are going on to Japan and they want something cold and stop to get rainbow gaki gori's to share, and I got Lydia her own. As we are going into the store here's what happens

Yes Lydia dropped an almost full rainbow gaki gori on the pavement and started to cry. I don't mean to leave you hanging but I have to get ready for work now and will finish this trip report soon.
And yes I had not gotton the words out of my mouth yet telling her to be careful while digging her little spoon into the frozen ice gaki gori when she dropped it.

So I took her right back to the gaki gori stand and told her to explain that she dropped it as soon as she got it, and that maybe the nice lady would replace it for her if she ask. Of course she was sulking and wouldn't utter a word, so I explained and just as I suspected she told us "no worries" and made one new rainbow gaki gori.
We shopped and bought some candies and made our way to Morraco .
I went into the little museum this time since I had never been yet and as soon as we opened the door Jack had to go to the bathroom so it was rushed and I just took pictures instead of looking.

After a bathroom break we shopped some and they were having a half off sale on there clothes in Morocco so I actually tried on a xl top, and it was still snug in the arms, like made for tiny little arms which aren't mine apparently.
I also saw all these bottles of rose water and thought they were the lovely flavored water I had drank once when we ate at Marakesh a few years ago. The KTTW card wouldn't work so she ask if I could pay cash and she said that will be $8.50 . Really? $8.50 for a bottle of water?
I probably wouldn't have even noticed how much if the key had worked, but it was a hard swallow to hand over all that money and I felt like a fool and his money will soon part person.
After we left we of course stopped in France and Lydia ask to sit at the fountain while we went into the stores, I was hesitant since she kept loosing her family but told her ok, if she promised not to walk on it, swim in it, dip her feet in it etc...
After smelling all the lovely perfumes we noticed that it was about time for Aurora to apear on the path, according to the schedule.

So we went out to where we knew she would be and waited for her, of course drawing attention and soon others got in back of us. By the way she comes out at 3:15 pm and other times, but I don't have the schedule in front of me.​

We left off Getting to meet Sleeping Beauty and moving on to England. We went into the shops and they have increased the rock n roll merchandise and decreased the toys in the cute little store that has the kidcot and Winnie The Pooh Character Greetings. The English kidcot castmember was so funny wearing a red velvet kings Hat or Crown and along with his accent and staying in character he was one of the best so far.

Of course we lucked out and Pooh and Tigger was just coming in and we were the first in line! Jack and Hailey both were afraid to go up to him, so Kelly helped by getting in the photo first, and eventually we might have gotten a shot where they all were looking at the camera, but maybe not.

Anyway we had to stop and allow Lydia to get some chips from the fish and chips stand because she was starving.
We stopped at a bench to let her eat and Hailey ask for a fry and she was very , very stingy and broke her off a tiny end of one fry. I told her she was being mean and to give her a fry or two, and she gave her one and moved all the way to the other side so she didn't have to share.
And do you know what she did next? She started feeding the birds her fries! I couldn't believe it, and told her she should be ashamed of her behavior and that Santa was certainly marking her name down in his list.

We started walking back to use our fp for soaring but kelly didn't feel like riding and we just sent Jack, Jake and Lydia alone to ride, making sure Jake knew he had to make sure they had there lap belt on properly because he was in charge, and he say's " I don't think I'm up to it" as far as being in charge. He's 13 and a very capable boy any other time, so we were puzzled by his remark and almost didn't let them go at all because of his comment.

We let them go after Jake was lectured to by his mother and he promised he wouldn't allow any funny business .

I allowed Hailey to call her mother who lives in Dayton at this time while we waited, and actually this is the first time all week I had thought to do this. The first thing she tells her mother is about her boo boo's!
I was expecting maybe she would talk about the princesses or the rides, but it was the boo boo's she had gotten. I assured her mother that she was having a very good time and was well taken care of after they had finished talking.

After awhile they all came out and we still had to use our fp for test track we had gotten at 10am, and I was worried they wouldn't except them since it was about 5pm by now.
They did eyeball us a little but waved us past. This ride is always a blast!

These are the last 3 photo's I took for the rest of the night, Like I said it's hard to take photo's with strollers and no husband to help out.

When we got out Linley had called us several times while we were on the ride and when we called her back, she said she had gotten in a fight with the boat driver while crossing the lake to get to Italy.

Like I said she doesn't like to walk, so of course she took the boat over, but she said she used her handicap sticker on his stroller to get on first and get her seat, but he made Dan get out of his stroller for the ride over so after the boat filled up he insisted she move the stroller from where she had put it to the correct spot,
and she somehow lost her seat during this and was complaining and telling him he was going to be reported!

I don't know what happened but she has a way of putting things in the easiest spot instead of out of the way, such as flinging her big purse on my kitchen table that had been set for dinner and flinging her coat on the most comfortable chair I own instead of hanging it in a closet etc...

So I imagine she parked her stroller right where he needs room to steer the boat.

She told us to meet her in Italy because she had checked in or tried to check in, but they wouldn't let her go to the table until all of our party was there.

Well this caused us to rush all the way across the world's hurrying , and from Test Track thats a long way to rush at the end of the day .

We actually ended up being slightly late for our adr and when we got inside I heard Dan before I saw him, he was in some sort of argument with his mother right up near the podium and they weren't using there inside voices.

The same hostess that I thought rolled her eyes slightly at us earlier was in a full head roll watching the exchange between them, so I took Dan's hand and tried to follow the hostess to our table,

but just then Linley says " Whats in your pant young man" again not using inside voices. Come to find Dan had an accident and she abruptly took him away to the bathroom.
We were all a sweaty mess and I was glad to go on to be seated so I could relax for a moment.
It took awhile for them to come back out and I didn't ask what was in his pant's , instead changing the subject to the lovely bread and relish trays that sat before us.
They work in teams at Tuttu and you might have 3 servers all bringing you drinks and food at the same time. They have a delicious ice tea, probably the best tea I've ever tasted in my life.

The kids meals are the best, they get a fruit appetizer and it's big, and big bowls pasta with a meatball and some sort of mouse desert.

I orderd something that was a stuffed pasta and didn't really like it, but my sister had the lasagna and said it was superb! They had really good food there overall, the ice tea, the bread, the olive relish plate, the desert and most impressive was the pretty dinning room we ate in. I would say this was just as nice as the California Grill.

We saw Linley getting more and more irritated at Dans behavior which included tearing up the placemat, coloring on the tablecloth, drinking out of other people's drinks and spilling his own on the floor with the lid coming off, and knew she would probably at any minute threaten him and he would start crying so I tried to distract him and told him to draw me a picture, but he instead took his crayons and broke all of them and than through them on the floor.
I told her not to cause a scene and let it go, but she didn't and he starts crying, and she's stopping servers asking for her bill (again before desert).

At first her card wasn't going through and she told them to put it in again because she knew she had one last dinner credit for her and Dan.

It did go through the second time. She took off in a huffy puff , and we just felt so bad for her situation and there Disney experience , wishing we could have been of more help to her, but again realizing we all had children in strollers and you only have 2 hands so what can you do?

I don't mean to go on and on, but I promise the end of our meal is coming up.

We ordered a little trio of deserts and after finishing and handing over my kttw card to pay, they came back saying my card didn't have enough dining credits, and I would have to pay for them now, and deal with the mistake at my resort later to see exactly what happened.
I know we should have had one more sit down left for each of us except Hailey, and after all I'm sure none of the children had gone off alone, and ordered an adult meal by themselves and that would be the only way we would be short so I knew one of our previous meals had taken more credits than they should have, and I also knew that a nice big bill was coming my way for Haileys , Lydia and an adult plus the gratuity.

Yes a bill was presented to me for about $86.00 I think, and I had to pay it.

I tried to assure myself that Disney would make it right, but we had to finish packing and we were leaving in the morning so I was frustrated.

We had not planned on waiting for Illuminations and headed out after paying the bill's. Another very long walk past Africa, all the people getting their spots for the fireworks,

past China and looking with sadness at the bench we sat at on our first night here to watch the fireworks.

Past Norway and it's bakery, and onto Mexico where all the happy vacationers were drinking there margarita's and on and on,

past the fountains,, over the little lit up spots in the path, and Hailey saying "goodby ball".... And on to the dreaded late buses back to port orleans.
