I Did It!!

I made it my first evening with NO snacking!

I'm trying to stick to the no eating after 6 PM rule. This has been my major hurdle in losing weight.

It is a small step, but I have now proven to myself that it can be done.

I think that is the one of the factors I am losing weight- I haven't eaten anything after 6 for 3 weeks and the weight is steadily coming off. You can do it- just find something to occupy your time- a nice walk after dinner- drink lots of water (I always put lemon in mine at that time- it's sooo yummy) and keep it up- it'll surely pay off!

Awesome!!!! Nightime is hard for me too! I love snacking...but I find that if I write EVERYTHING down, I snack less! :)
You can do it....day by day, pound by pound!

Way to go on overcoming a personal challenge. Day 1 is down, now onto day 2. You can do this. keep your goal in mind, keep taking baby steps and everything will fall into place.

Way to go PAdisMOM!!! I'm so proud of you. That is quite an accomplishment for a confirmed snacker, not giving into the temptation to snack.

Isn't it a great feeling to be in control and make good decisions like this. I knew you could do it all along, you know.

One day at a time and sometimes one hour at a time is the way to succeed and it looks like you already know that.
