I WORKED OUT TODAY!! I DID TAE-BO!!

My legs are still on fire, but oh it feels so good! I couldn't do each and every move like I used to, but I have to work my way back into it. Now...I need to watch what goes into the mouth...that's step #2 and an important step at that!

I'm so proud of myself. I just wanted to share with you guys. :jester: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :jester:

Anyone else work out for the first time in awhile and feel as I do today?? :p

Well ever since June I've been working out at least three times in a week at the gym. I like to do around 6 to 5 times in a good week, it depends how much I work!

I love it! It makes me feel so much better about myself, and I can totally tell the difference in my body.
