After a week of frustrations and multiple chats. I finally got CM that got a hold of IT. Thst reset my account at DVC I had to sign in snd a code they sent. And presto. It worked. I was so happy. I also asked about the fact my husband didn’t have the Y. The CM said they were told that shouldn’t be a problem. As long has he doesn’t have the N. DH says nothing. Thanks for all the help on this it was driving me crazy.

Your DH won’t be eligible for the discounts if he doesn’t show DVC Y or any other perks if he is not with you

He needs his own MDE and DVC log in and it will show correctly for him. He doesnt have to use them. But, they are starting to be more consistent with asking for it.

Here I thought Was set. I just checked and now the Y is going and it just says annual I am so tired of jumping through all those hoops. So now will I get the discounts. All this phone stuff is one of the reasons we cancelled our trip for this Jan I guess it’s back to chat.

Actually I did get it fixed again through chat by coincidence I got the same CM so I didn’t have to explain it all again. This tiMe she stayed in chat until it worked. She was great. Hope it’s still there tomorrow though

Take a screenshot on your phone. I did that while my “Y” randomly appeared and disappeared for a few days. Now it seems like it’s here to stay. But I have a screenshot just in case.
